About The Role
The Events & Groups Executive will be responsible for handling all incoming small to mid‑size event & group enquiries, including (but not limited to) non‑residential events, corporate or leisure room‑only groups and special projects.
The Events & Groups Executive will be the key contact from the enquiry stage through planning and execution of the event and will work closely with operational teams to deliver excellent service.
About You
- Previous experience as an Events & Groups Coordinator or Executive in a 5★ hotel or similar environment
- Proven experience in planning corporate events
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Empathy for guests and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Finest personal presentation
- Distinctive, professional and warm personality
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with high‑profile guests
