About The Role

The Deputy Director of Spa supports the Director of Spa and shares responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the spa division. This role places strong emphasis on team development, guest satisfaction, service quality, and overall profitability. With an entrepreneurial mindset, the Deputy Director plays a key role in driving the spa’s performance. This includes refining operational standards, supporting financial planning and budgeting, growing revenue streams, hosting VIP guests and events, and fostering a positive and supportive team culture. Acting as both the deputy to the Director of Spa and an ambassador for the hotel, the role ensures exceptional five-star guest experiences in line with Corinthia London brand standards. It also ensures consistent service delivery, achievement of commercial targets, and full compliance with all statutory and operational requirements.

About You

  • Luxury spa management experience, preferably in large spa operations with multiple spa brands.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing a high‑performing team in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in financial management, operations, and guest services within a spa setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Takes pride in own professional grooming.
  • Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
