ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commis Waiter your duties will be to provide a warm welcome with friendly, professional service while offering a wide range of food and beverages to all our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with your team to establish the Lobby Lounge’s needs in order to run a smooth service and create memorable afternoon tea / all day dining experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the pantry’s stock levels and maintain all standards, policies & procedures relating to food and beverage service in the Lobby Lounge.
