ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Casual Breakfast Waiter you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.

This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.

The Casual Breakfast Waiter will be passionate about hospitality, possess a strong work ethic, and have a keen eye for detail.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a waiter or server role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with the ability to answer guest inquiries about the menu and wine pairings.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, calm, and professional demeanor even during busy periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Takes pride in own professional grooming
  • Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Pride and attention to detail in your work
  • Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
  • A valid food safety certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
