We are seeking a passionate and driven PR Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role will directly support the Head of Global PR & Communications in executing the brand’s global public relations strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals, and upholding our prestigious reputation in the luxury hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team during a period of expansion, where you’ll be involved in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, contributing to shaping the future of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, media outlets (both print and digital), and influencers, ensuring alignment with our brand positioning. Manage a CRM database of media contacts and stakeholders, supporting the brand’s CRM project. Utilise central insights to identify and capitalise on strategic communication opportunities. Handle media and influencer requests, ensuring they align with brand messaging and values. Filter media inquiries for individual properties while managing key brand relationships. Proactively pitch to media and influencers to promote brand campaigns and initiatives. Attend relevant media and networking events as the brand’s representative.
  • Content Development: Write, edit, and oversee high-quality press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, and talking points. Collaborate with the marketing team and individual hotels to develop compelling content that reflects the brand’s voice and narrative.
  • Event and Activation Management: Plan and execute global PR events, press trips, and activations that reflect our brand identity and ensure exceptional delivery. Provide on-the-ground support for media activities, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and catalogue press coverage, evaluating its impact and reach. Analyse media coverage, prepare insightful reports, and share findings with stakeholders in collaboration with the commercial team. Work closely with hotels, agencies, and platforms to assess and optimise PR performance.
  • Administration: Oversee all administrative tasks for the department, including filing coverage, managing meeting minutes, and distributing briefing materials. Manage purchase orders and track invoices in line with the PR budget. Coordinate communications with the marketing team, ensuring integrated efforts across all channels, especially social media, to amplify earned media coverage.

Talent Profile:

Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of PR experience, with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong expertise in event planning, stakeholder management, and media analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media integration with PR. Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of executing plans in a fast-paced environment.

Internal: Collaborates with hotel PR teams, General Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Head Office functions. External: Engages with media, publishers, influencers, PR agencies, creative teams, photographers, and industry peers.
