ABOUT THE ROLE

The Shift Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift engineering team, ensuring that all systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and function optimally. This role includes managing the 24‑hour coverage by shift engineering team, coordinating maintenance activities, conducting inspections, providing training and standard operating procedures where required, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The Engineering Supervisor works closely with the Chief Engineer to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring the hotel’s infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

ABOUT YOU

A minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering or facilities management field, preferably in a hospitality environment.
