ABOUT THE ROLE

The In Room Dining Coordinator is responsible for demonstrating full knowledge of the menu and beverage list in order to make recommendations and respond to guest requests. You will be responsible to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests upon request over the phone and ensure that the standards are met and exceeded whilst assisting the guests.
