ABOUT THE ROLE The Cluster Procure to Pay (PTP) Specialist supports the accurate, timely, and controlled execution of the end-to-end PTP process across a cluster of hotel properties.
The role is responsible for processing and monitoring purchase orders, supplier invoices, payment support, supplier query resolution, reconciliations, documentation, and month-end PTP activities under the direction of the Cluster PTP Manager.
The role is a key operational control point within Finance, helping ensure that purchases, invoices, and supplier payments are processed in line with company policies, approval matrices, internal controls, and agreed supplier terms.
The Cluster PTP Specialist works closely with Procurement, Receiving, hotel operations, department heads, suppliers, and the wider Finance team.
The role supports process consistency and compliance, while escalating material risks, overdue items, disputes, or control issues to the Cluster PTP Manager.
