The Role:

We’re seeking a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You’ll be the face of Corinth Contractors, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through warm/cold calling, emails, networking and client visits
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet project requirements
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress (CRM Software used)
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally within construction or related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

· Business, management or marketing degree is a plus
