The Role: Client Relationship Executive
As a key link between our clients and care teams, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling & Coordination – Organising and optimising rotas to ensure the right carers are matched to clients’ needs
- Quality & Compliance – Maintaining our high standards of service and supporting self-employed carers
