    • Represent the company in key industry engagements and strategic discussions.
    • Identify and develop partnerships aligned with evolving industry trends.
  • Sales & Deal Execution
    • Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle: targeting, pipeline development, proposals, and deal closure.
    • Drive complex enterprise sales within the utility sector, particularly with DSOs/DNOs.
    • Lead bid management and RFP/tender submissions.
    • Build and maintain robust account plans and pipeline visibility.
    • Collaborate with European technical and delivery teams.
  • Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Participate in strategic planning and product alignment discussions.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
    • Analyze sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Experience managing RFPs and long sales cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within UK utilities or DSOs/DNOs.
  • Experience with emerging grid technologies or digital energy platforms.
  • Technical background in engineering or energy systems.

Key Competencies
