With over 500 employees across seven sites, we're committed to quality, precision and continuous improvement. We're launching an exciting shift and are looking for a Manufacturing Shift Manager to join our growing leadership team. This weekend-only role offers an excellent work-life balance, with shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (5:30am–6:30pm), leaving Monday to Thursday free every week.
In this role, you'll lead a manufacturing team to deliver production targets safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, resource planning, people management, training, performance and continuous improvement activities, while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

To set you up for success in the role, you'll complete an initial training period on a weekday shift (Monday - Friday). We offer flexibility and will work with you to choose the training pattern that best suits your experience, learning style and personal commitments:
- Earlies: 5:30am–2:00pm Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–11:00am Friday
- Lates: 1:45pm–10:15pm Monday–Thursday, 10:45am–4:15pm Friday
- Days: 8:30am–5:00pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–4:30pm Friday
- Nights: 10:00pm–5:45am Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–8:50pm Friday
Once training is complete, you'll move to the permanent weekend shift pattern of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5:30am–6:30pm.
