We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Shipping Co-ordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring products and instruments reach our customers efficiently and on time.

The Role

As a Shipping Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring all products and instruments are delivered to hospitals, suppliers and distributors in a timely and compliant manner. You will track inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with couriers and internal departments, and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with departments across Corin to advise on UK and worldwide shipment requirements.
  • Monitor, track and trace inbound and outbound shipments globally.
  • Escalate shipment processing errors and delivery issues to management and relevant departments.
  • Arrange same-day courier deliveries and specialist transportation where required.
  • Book and coordinate export shipments, subcontract deliveries and collections.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
  • Send pre-alert communications with all required shipment information and supporting documentation.
  • Respond to customs clearance requests promptly and provide accurate information to facilitate smooth shipment processing.
  • Support and adhere to Corin's Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
  • Ensure Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and timelines are followed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

About You

  • Experience working within shipping, logistics, courier management or export administration with knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
