Corin is a leading medical technology company specialising in Hip and Knee implants, LARS ligaments, robotic-assisted surgery (OMNI) and 3D planning tools (OPS). We are seeking a driven, proactive Sales Executive to grow our presence across the South Territory (covering Bath, Swindon, Weymouth, Salisbury, Southampton, Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Worthing, Surrey).
What you’ll do:
- Drive profitable sales growth across the assigned territory.
- Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Promote and support Corin’s orthopaedic portfolio and enabling technologies.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and in-theatre support.
- Maintain awareness of competitor products, market trends, and clinical publications.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and R&D team.
About You:
- Proven sales success within medical devices or orthopaedics.
- Hunter mentality.
- Experience working in a surgical environment (hip and/or knee experience preferred).
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and results-driven.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
