At Corin, people are at the heart of everything we do — and we're looking for a Resourcing Manager (12-month Maternity Cover) to help us manage our global resource plan and attract, develop and retain exceptional talent across our international business. We have offices in UK, US, Australia and France where you will partner with the global HR team to deliver an exceptional recruitment process. A majority of the recruitment will be focused on the UK due to Cirencester being the home of our manufacturing, cleanroom, inspection and warehouse teams (along with supply chain, engineering, R&D, Quality etc) but we will also be hiring in all other global regions.

We are going through an exciting period of extensive growth across the organisation, and will be making 250+ global hires in the next 12 months across all areas (including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Sales and Technology). This role will be reporting to the Global HR Director. This is a high‑impact, highly visible role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, shape global hiring strategy, and lead a talented recruitment team to deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience. If you’re passionate about building strong teams, influencing at a global level, and making real improvements to how organisations hire, we’d love to hear from you. Due to this being a maternity cover, we will require the person to start in May/June 2026.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and delivering the global resourcing plan, supporting 250+ hires per year across our international teams in partnership with the recruitment team.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our Global Leadership Team, providing insight and guidance on hiring priorities, workforce planning and organisational change.
  • Managing, motivating and developing a high‑performing global recruitment team.
  • Designing and implementing creative, data‑driven recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
  • Overseeing senior‑level recruitment and supporting end‑to‑end hiring activity when needed.
  • Analysing and reporting on recruitment data (interviews, offers, attrition, timelines) to inform decision‑making.
  • Continuously improving our selection and assessment methods to ensure a fair, inclusive and effective process.
  • Leading on talent, retention and apprenticeship programmes in partnership with the wider HR team.
  • Owning and optimising the HRIS recruitment module, ensuring accurate and meaningful global reporting.
  • Building strong external partnerships with local colleges, education providers and business networks.
  • Supporting hiring managers with training, guidance and best‑practice recruitment support.
  • Contributing to induction and onboarding to ensure every new starter has a great experience.

About you:

  • Proven experience leading a high‑performing recruitment team.
  • Demonstrated success managing a large‑scale, global resourcing plan.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and advise at senior level.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple markets, with a solid understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice.
  • A background in in‑house recruitment, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and social platforms).
