Are you skilled in fault finding, and like to work on a variety of maintenance tasks? Then Corin could have a great opportunity within their Maintenance team! This role is to work as part of a small team of maintenance engineers to maintain the site plant, equipment and buildings to maximise productivity, and to work to Corin’s health and safety procedures.

The key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer are to:

  • Ensure equipment is maintained to supplier’s specification
  • Ensure the buildings are maintained and structurally sound
  • Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Carry out PAT testing of equipment
  • Liaise with supervision and production control to ensure equipment is available for use
  • Work to Corin’s Health & Safety Procedures
  • Ensure good housekeeping and maintain accurate record keeping
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820
  • Ensure that process & timeline requirements for Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) are met in accordance with Corin’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and in support of Corin’s Global Objectives for CAPA.

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to be able to diagnose and rectify problems across the site, plant and buildings.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to understand, interpret and implement the manufacturer’s instructions
