Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we're looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key improvement projects across our supply chain function. This role offers a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.
The key responsibilities of the Supply Chain Project Coordinator include (but are not limited to):
- Help define project goals and ensure they are realistic and achievable.
- Support and coordinate supply chain improvement projects from start to finish.
- Create and maintain project plans, tracking progress against agreed timelines.
- Work with teams across the business to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Keep managers and stakeholders updated on project progress and highlight any risks or issues.
- Create process maps, flow charts, and other documentation to support projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for project information and communication.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, stock requirements, and inventory needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and help implement solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the Supply Chain team.
Skills and experience:
- An awareness of project management techniques (Scoping, generating schedules, Risk and Opportunities etc).
- Studying or looking to complete a project management course.
- Able to prioritise effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as a strong collaborative team approach.
- Accountable with the ability to influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Confident to lead some projects with the support of the Supply Chain Programme Manager.
- Experience within the medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
