Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, collaborative team, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of critical business data across the organisation. Following successful completion of training and probation, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with up to 2 days per week working from home. As a Master Data Administrator, you will be: Maintaining and updating master data across business systems Processing new and amended data requests Checking data for accuracy, completeness and consistency Investigating and resolving data issues, duplicates and discrepancies Carrying out data quality audits and cleansing activities Producing reports and supporting data analysis Working with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries Supporting improvements to data quality, processes and controls What we're looking for: Previous experience in a data-focused, administrative, analytical or reporting role Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, sorting and filtering Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A genuine interest in data and continuous improvement Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Confident communicator who can work effectively with different teams Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP or similar would be advantageous We offer great benefits which include: Salary of £28,000 - £35,000 Hybrid working following successful completion of training and probation (up to 2 days from home) Annual discretionary bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Free onsite canteen with hot and cold meals Pension contributions of up to 9.7% Private healthcare with BUPA Life assurance (6x salary) Employee referral bonus scheme Excellent personal and professional development opportunities If you're passionate about data, thrive on accuracy and attention to detail and are looking to join a growing business where you can make a real impact within a growing team, we'd love to hear from you IND007 #INDUK
