Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we're looking for an Associate Project Manager to resource, plan, manage, and execute projects effectively, ensuring successful delivery through cross-functional Project Core Teams. This role does offer a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.

The key responsibilities of the Supply Chain Associate Project Manager include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, managing resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory functions, and Operations, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Lead Stage-Gate activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently through key review and approval milestones.
  • Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to support project execution where required.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • Provide significant project management support to the Warehouse team, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver operational improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Warehouse and Operations stakeholders to manage priorities, resources, timelines, and process improvement projects.
  • Support the successful implementation of warehouse-related projects, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Corin's quality standards, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and health and safety policies.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Highly IT literate, with experience using project management and planning tools.
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial resources.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Ability to produce concise technical reports, business updates, and high-quality presentations.
  • Strong coaching, collaboration, and active listening skills, with the ability to support and guide project teams.
  • Knowledge of quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment, particularly within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors, would be advantageous.
