Across 7 units in Love Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants that are shipped around the world to provide patients with the best possible outcomes. With over 400 employees, we focus on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure that we produce a high-quality product at all times.
Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are looking to expand our Kit Build Team to continue delivering the quantity of products required to meet worldwide demand. We are seeking Kit Build Associates who maintain a positive and flexible approach, are reliable, and have a good eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing the implants that will directly support surgeons and hospitals in delivering life-changing patient care.
We are open to considering candidates with varied experience who have the right attitude and willingness to learn. Welding experience would be an advantage but is not required.
As a Kit Build Associate, you will:
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
- Have experience using systems such as Mestec or Sage (or confidence learning similar systems)
- Check numbers and measurements carefully to maintain accuracy
- Match parts correctly before assembly or processing
- Carry out functional checks to ensure components meet quality standards
- Package and label parts correctly for inspection or dispatch
- Handle returned instruments and washers in line with procedures
- Use initiative to solve problems and keep work flowing smoothly
Shift: Permanent Lates 13:45pm - 22:15pm Monday to Thursday, 10:45am - 16:15pm on Friday.
Salary: £24,900.00 + 12.5% shift allowance. On top of your salary, enjoy a performance-based bonus of up to £150 per month (paid quarterly up to £450), rewarding strong output, excellent attendance, and right-first-time results.
Please note, a Hepatitis B vaccination is mandatory for this position, and our Occupational Health team will provide this for you.
