Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are looking for a practical and reliable Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support our Facilities & Maintenance team at our Cirencester site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and takes pride in maintaining a safe, tidy and professional working environment. Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, you will carry out a range of minor facilities and maintenance tasks, allowing our specialist maintenance teams to focus on critical production and operational support activities. Hours: 22.5 hours per week Working Pattern: 3 days per week 07:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday) days to be agreed Salary: Β£14,724.00 per annum As the Facilities Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include; Painting and decorating duties Minor carpentry repairs, including door handles, door closers and fixtures Building and assembling furniture Moving and relocating office and factory furniture Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance General site upkeep and maintenance tasks Gardening duties, including grass cutting, hedge trimming and weeding Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy and safe Following all Corin Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures Working in a way that minimises disruption to production and operational activities We're looking for someone who is practical, self-motivated and able to work independently to complete general maintenance tasks.
