We are currently seeking an Experience Manager to join our team in Cirencester.

Purpose of the Position

Develop and maintain an outstanding customer experience for visitors and employees. Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects the vision, mission, and values of Corin. Support internal stakeholders in customer engagement through emotional storytelling, compelling corporate presentations, and tailored visitor programs. Represent the customer perspective within the organization and actively advocate for customer interests in cross-functional projects.

What you’ll do

  • Further develop programs, tools, and processes to optimize the customer journey; ensure compliance, brand, and quality standards.
  • Develop scalable KPI frameworks, perform regular KPI tracking, and create dashboards and management reports on visitor numbers, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Design and deliver training programs on the “Corin Experience,” customer-centric mindset, and storytelling for new and existing employees.
  • Support the Marketing & Product Management team in company-wide projects aimed at strengthening the customer experience and positioning Corin as a trusted partner in the MedTech industry.
  • Plan and manage customer visits to the Cirencester Campus end-to-end, including room and technical setup, catering, security, and transportation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Education (MedEd), Engineering, Marketing, Product Management (PM), Legal, and Compliance to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage complete documentation of visitor data, program content, and feedback.
  • Personally accompany Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, and delegations throughout the entire visit lifecycle.
  • Deliver professional corporate presentations covering company history, vision, mission, unique selling propositions, and initiatives.
  • Continuously collect customer feedback, analyze results, and derive concrete improvement measures.
  • Provide content and organizational support for professional congresses, roadshows, and customer events, ensuring a consistent brand presence on-site.
  • Build networks with KOLs and industry influencers and position Corin as an innovation and solutions provider.

Education and Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Brand Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer engagement, event management, or brand management, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry. Demonstrated expertise in working with demanding customers and in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

General Requirements

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and networking skills, with confidence interacting at C-level. High degree of empathy and intercultural sensitivity. Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management.

Specific Requirements

Demonstrated confidence and professionalism in public speaking and customer interactions. High level of personal accountability, proactivity, and solution-oriented working style, including under time pressure. Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
