Across 7 units in Love Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants that are shipped around the world to provide patients with the best possible outcomes. With over 400 employees, we focus on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure that we produce a high-quality product at all times.

Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are looking to expand our Quality Inspection team to continue delivering the quantity of products required to meet worldwide demand. We are seeking Quality Assistants and Inspectors who will read technical drawings (full training will be provided) and maintain a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for progressive learners with the ability to work well under pressure.

If you are applying for the Assistant role, no previous experience is required as you will be guided by a dedicated trainer and supported day-to-day by our Senior Inspector.

Shift: Weekday nights - £24,900.00 base pay + 33% shift allowance - total salary: £33,117.00

  • Monday to Thursday: 22:00pm - 05:45am
  • Friday: 16:00pm - 20:50pm

On top of your salary, enjoy a performance-based bonus of up to £150 per month (paid quarterly up to £450), rewarding strong output, excellent attendance, and right-first-time results.

The ideal Quality Assistant/Inspector will have/be:

  • An excellent level of attention to detail.
  • A minimal education background of GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Previous work experience in either a manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or highly regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential.
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks that involve general inspection, measurement, and associated activities (e.g., reading engineering drawings).
  • A detail-oriented approach and the ability to make informed decisions based on the quality of the product.
  • Reliable and committed to developing a career at Corin.
