At Corin, people are at the heart of everything we do and we're looking for a Resourcing Manager (12-month Maternity Cover) to help us manage our global resource plan and attract, develop and retain exceptional talent across our international business. A majority of the recruitment will be focused on the UK due to Cirencester being the home of our manufacturing, cleanroom, inspection and warehouse teams, but we will also be hiring in all other global regions. We are going through an exciting period of extensive growth across the organisation, and will be making 250+ global hires in the next 12 months across all areas.
If you're passionate about building strong teams, influencing at a global level, and making real improvements to how organisations hire, we'd love to hear from you. Due to this being a maternity cover, we will require the person to start in May/June 2026.
- Leading and delivering the global resourcing plan, supporting 250+ hires per year across our international teams in partnership with the recruitment team.
- Designing and implementing creative, data-driven recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Analysing and reporting on recruitment data (interviews, offers, attrition, timelines) to inform decision-making.
- Leading on talent, retention and apprenticeship programmes in partnership with the wider HR team.
- Building strong external partnerships with local colleges, education providers and business networks.
- Supporting hiring managers with training, guidance and best-practice recruitment support.
- Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and social platforms).
