Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking to work with a global organization? Then we could have the perfect opportunity! Due to an exciting period of growth, we are expanding our internal recruitment team and hiring a Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in recruiting within RAQA/Clinical Affairs. The role offers a hybrid working model after training and probation: 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and execute recruitment plans to meet demands while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
  • Develop effective talent pools and manage suitable candidates from application to offer.
  • Obtain feedback from parties following interviews and communicate it to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support candidates through the offer process and coordinate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator for onboarding activities.
  • Maintain strong communication of recruitment activity and challenges with the Recruitment Business Partner, supporting resource planning with senior leadership.
  • Assist with employer brand initiatives such as local community events, schools/colleges outreach, and social media promotion.
  • Accurately maintain recruitment data within the ATS (Dayforce).
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, writing attractive job adverts and posting them on all platforms.
  • Source suitable candidates and ensure roles attract active candidates on relevant platforms.
  • Screen candidates to assess suitability and provide high‑quality shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews or assessment days in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Specialist within an agency or internal talent acquisition team, managing end‑to‑end processes with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Previous hiring experience within RAQA/Clinical Affairs, ideally on a global scale.
  • Ethical, consultative, and transparent approach, following recruitment best practice.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously within a growing business.
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem‑solving with a proactive and solution‑based mindset.
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
  • Experience updating databases accurately.
  • Proficient with office‑based systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
