Corin Group is a global orthopaedics innovation business, headquartered in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Across 7 units in Love Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants that are then shipped around the world to provide patients the best possible outcomes. With over 400 employees, we are focused on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure that we are producing a high-quality product at all times. Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Manufacturing Team to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet worldwide demand.

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for:

  • TIG welding of stainless steel and other medical-grade alloys
  • Producing high-quality, cosmetic and high-integrity welds to strict standards
  • Working to tight tolerances on small, precision-engineered components
  • Following detailed engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions
  • Ensuring full compliance with quality and regulatory standards (including traceability)
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

You will have:

  • Proven TIG welding experience (experience with stainless steel or precision work highly desirable)
  • Coding on TIG Welding, accredited to ISO standards
  • Experience working with thin materials and producing high-quality, cosmetic welds
  • Background in medical devices, aerospace, or other high-spec industries preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
