Corin is seeking a Sales Associate for the South Coast and Southwest (Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex) to take over a high-performing and successful UK territory.

Corin is a leading manufacturer of hip and knee implants, we incorporate state-of-the-art solutions, including robotic-assisted technology used in surgery (Apollo, Omni Botics and OPS). Our products are backed by rigorous research, clinical studies, and real-world outcomes, so you\’ll be selling solutions that make a difference. We are a UK manufacturer with our head office in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

We are looking for a Sales Associate who has

  • Direct theatre UK sales experience, ideally working within orthopaedics
  • A proven track record in driving sales growth within orthopaedic.
  • Excellent communication and account management experience with the ability to support and grow existing customers
  • A strong understanding of the tender process within the NHS
  • A high interest and understanding of the importance of robotics and technology within orthopaedic surgery
  • Been educated to degree level in a Life Sciences (Biomedical Engineering), Sports, or an Anatomy-related field
  • A highly motivated, organized, ambitious, professional, and intuitive persona
  • The ability to travel extensively, living on the patch – Bournemouth, Bath, Dorset, and Chichester.

As our Sales Associate, you will be responsible for

  • Hitting sales targets set for Corin products and technologies,
  • Internal and external training
  • Interacting with ortho key opinion leaders (KOL) on the territory.
  • Being a keen learner and obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the Corin technologies Apollo and OPS will enable you to maximize sales and improve patient outcomes.
  • Dealing with tenders and contracts with procurement/supply chain,
  • High levels of surgeon engagement both in and outside of the OR
  • Successfully educating and taking surgeons on the technology journey to patient success.

In return, we will offer you

  • £50,000 plus uncapped commission
  • £5,400 car allowance
  • Pension starts at 6% rising to 9.7% after 18 months if you contribute 4%
