Are you a candidate-focused recruitment professional who would like the opportunity to work with a global organisation? Then we could have the perfect opportunity! As part of the growing recruitment team at Corin, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to join permanently. This role will support the global team of recruitment specialists with managing the candidate side of the recruitment process. This will include reviewing applications, sourcing suitable candidates through various platforms for a wide variety of roles, conducting initial calls and full telephone interviews to be able to provide high-quality and qualified shortlists to the Recruitment Specialists.
This role does offer a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.
The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer include (but are not limited to):
- Partner with Recruitment Specialist to develop a strong understanding of a variety of vacancies across the business, and skillset requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to help attract the best talent in the market to opportunities with Corin, including writing job adverts, posting roles across social media and advertising platforms.
- Candidate Attraction and Sourcing – effectively source suitable candidates for vacant positions and ensure that the roles are posted on relevant platforms to attract active candidates within the market.
- Screen candidates to assess their suitability and provide high-quality shortlists to Recruitment Specialists for review.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to schedule interviews or assessment days in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong communication of recruitment activity and challenges with the Recruitment Specialist and Resourcing Manager.
- Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager on any activities relating to “Employer Brand” such as supporting local initiatives within the community, and events within schools or colleges, promoting across social media channels etc.
- Accurately maintain data within ATS (Dayforce) relating to recruitment activity.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working in candidate-focused resourcing position within a Recruitment Agency or an internal talent acquisition.
- Able to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies on a wide range of roles.
- An ethical, consultative and transparent recruitment approach where recruitment best practice is always followed.
- Worked on multiple vacancies at one time within a changing and growing business.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
- The ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders, and a team player.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A problem-solver with a solution-based and proactive approach.
- A strong work ethic, and be flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
- Experience with databases and accurate updating of them.
- A strong knowledge and experience with office-based systems including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
