We are currently seeking a Payroll & HR Co-ordinator to join our team in Cirencester.

The purpose

The key purpose of the Payroll and HR Coordinator role is to support Corin's overallFrenchpayroll process relating to all administrative tasks, to ensureaccurateandtimelypayment to our employees. This role will also support daily HR activitiesand work closely with the HR Business Partner – Europe and Head of HR Operations and Payroll.

The key responsibilities of the Payroll and HR Coordinator:

  • Maintain payroll processes as well as develop systems to process payroll transactionswith a focus on the French market
  • Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
  • Prepare employees' salary information by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Maintain HR/employee files, running periodic audits and ensure the accuracy of the employee data in the HRIS system – Dayforce
  • Address issues and questionsregardingpayroll from employees and Managers
  • Processes payroll changes and updates including, but not limited to: hours worked,additionalearnings, tax deductions, holidays, employee benefits, new hire details, salaryupdatesand termination information
  • Manage payroll and benefits inbox
  • Prepare andmaintainaccuraterecords and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Submit and reconcilepayroll reports
  • Assistand resolve department and individual employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, andgeneral HR questions ina timelyand efficient way.
  • Participate in audits and provide the required documentation.
  • Work in partnership with HR, finance, and other departments.
  • Process purchase orders for the HR department ona timelybasis.
  • Support Human Resourcesand Payrollin other day-to-day functions.
  • Process and coordinate benefit administration for new hires, terminations and QLEs
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

The ideal Payroll and HR Coordinator - France will have/be:

  • Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • 2+ years of experience and strongexpertisein French payroll processes and legislation
  • Looking to or working towards their CIPP
  • Highly customer-focused approach, with demonstrable, problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills - Completer Finisher
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Experience of working in the confidential environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels.
  • The ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders, and a team player.
  • Strong focus, with the flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing priorities and work requirements
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A problem-solver with a solution-based approach.
  • A strong work ethic, and be flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
  • Experiencewith databases andaccurateupdating of them
  • A strong knowledge and experience with office-based systems including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
