Were looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our Global HR Team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. /p p As HR Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support across the HR function, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career, gain broad HR exposure, and work as part of a collaborative and supportive team. /p p Working closely with colleagues across HR, you will support administrative activities, recruitment and onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and HR projects. /p p br /p p strong What Youll Be Doing /strong /p p br /p p strong HR Administration /strong /p ul li Preparing HR documentation, employee letters and communications accurately and in a timely manner. /li li Processing employee changes and maintaining accurate employee records within our HR system (Dayforce). /li li Supporting occupational health administration, eye care schemes, driving licence checks and other employee-related requirements. /li li Creating, maintaining and archiving employee files in line with GDPR and company requirements. /li li Responding to routine HR queries and escalating more complex matters where appropriate. /li li Providing general administrative support across the HR team. /li /ul p br /p p strong Recruitment Onboarding /strong /p ul li Supporting recruitment administration - Preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation. /li li Maintaining accurate new starter and leaver records within Dayforce. /li li Coordinating onboarding, induction and mandatory training activities to ensure a positive employee experience. /li li Supporting work experience placements and administration for the T-Level programme. /li /ul p br /p p strong Employee Engagement Recognition /strong /p ul li Providing administrative support for employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives. /li li Assisting with employee events, surveys and internal communications. /li li Coordinating learning and development administration, including training bookings, attendance records and communications. /li li Supporting workshops, training sessions and employee events. /li li Contributing to wider engagement and recognition projects across the business. /li /ul p br /p p strong What Were Looking For /strong /p p Were looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. /p ul li Previous HR, recruitment or strong administrative experience. /li li Working towards or interested in studying for a strong CIPD Level 3 qualification /strong . /li li Excellent time management skills with a strong completer-finisher mindset. /li li High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. /li li Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /li li A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. /li li Ability to build positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels. /li li Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and experience handling sensitive information. /li li Flexible, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively. /li /ul p br /p p If youre looking for the next step in your HR career and want to make a real impact within a people-focused organisation, wed love to hear from you. /p p Apply today and become part of our HR team /p p Corin provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. /p p br /p p strong Why Join Corin? /strong /p p At Corin, were transforming orthopaedics through pioneering technologies that help surgeons improve outcomes and enhance patients lives.
