We are currently seeking an Experience Manager to join our team in Cirencester. Purpose of the Position Develop and maintain an outstanding customer experience for visitors and employees. Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects the vision, mission, and values of Corin. Support internal stakeholders in customer engagement through emotional storytelling, compelling corporate presentations, and tailored visitor programs. Represent the customer perspective within the organization and actively advocate for customer interests in cross-functional projects. What you’ll do Further develop programs, tools, and processes to optimize the customer journey; ensure compliance, brand, and quality standards. Develop scalable KPI frameworks, perform regular KPI tracking, and create dashboards and management reports on visitor numbers, satisfaction, and engagement. Design and deliver training programs on the “Corin Experience,” customer-centric mindset, and storytelling for new and existing employees. Support the Marketing additional European languages are an advantage. Why Join Corin?
