We are looking for an experienced and passionate Employee Engagement and Recognition Manager to lead and shape our global employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and development initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational culture, drive meaningful employee experiences and support the delivery of our global HR strategy.
The Opportunity Reporting into the HR Team, you'll work collaboratively with managers, employees, senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver innovative engagement, wellbeing, recognition and development programmes.
You will take ownership of designing, communicating and implementing initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, enhance employee experience and align with Corin's strategic objectives.
What you'll do: Act as Corin's lead for employee engagement, championing initiatives that enhance culture across the global business.
Build strong relationships with employees, managers, senior leaders and external partners to drive engagement and participation.
Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of employee engagement surveys, analysing feedback and identifying trends.
Support managers in developing meaningful action plans based on employee feedback.
Design and implement employee engagement programmes that support Corin's HR strategy and wider business goals.
Develop and deliver employee recognition initiatives that celebrate success and promote a positive workplace culture.
Create and lead wellbeing programmes that support employee wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.
Develop, implement and embed a consistent global approach to development planning.
Maintain an annual engagement and wellbeing calendar, ensuring activities are aligned to business priorities and delivered effectively.
Partner with leaders and managers to identify organisational, team and individual development needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement, wellbeing and recognition programmes, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Research emerging trends and best practice in employee engagement, recognition, culture and development.
