Corin are looking for a passionate and highly organised individual who has experience of working within theatre (ideally orthopaedics) and has graduated with a Biomedical/Life Sciences degree to join our team in Cornwall and support the territory to ensure that surgery runs smoothly and to a high standard at all times. The Clinical and Technology Sales Associate will support Corin's sales growth of our state-of-the art technologies (Apollo and OPS) and hip and knee portfolio in the South West area (Devon and Cornwall). You must work in the operating room/surgery and hospitals and deliver first-class service to new and existing customers with your excellent, trained knowledge.

The Clinical and Technology Associate has the following responsibilities:
- Orthopaedic Knowledge and Constant Support
- Gain excellent knowledge of all Corin products and technologies.
- Complete all the Corin Academy assignments relating to all Corin products and technologies.
- Provide a comprehensive weekly planner in line with the defined minimum business objectives to the UK Sales Manager.
- Support any activity that the UK Sales Manager considers effective to sustain, develop, or accelerate new and existing business.
- Support the Corin Sales Executive / Sales Agent in expanding the business in targeted accounts.
- Ensure that a high level of awareness is maintained as to legal, medical, and changing practices that may affect Corin's business.
- Provide support to improve the processes and communication between the field and Corin HQ.
- Provide support during operations to scrub personnel and to the surgeon, whilst dealing with any product/theatre queries which may arise.
- Be available to UK colleagues to cover their cases across different territories.
- Audit long-term consignment instruments to ensure they are in good working order.
- Conduct implant stock checks in line with usage and identify any missing stock.
- Be accessible and available to the Theatre Manager to follow up on any potential problems that may occur with the supplying and collecting of instruments.
- Adhere to local hospital procedures about the product route to the theatre and the end user.
- Organize a training plan for each hospital this should include relevant new staff, a new registrar, and new radiographers.
