HR Advisor to join our UK HR team.
The key purpose of this role is to work in partnership with managers, employees and the wider HR Team to deliver proactive HR support and people solutions aligned to the needs and priorities of Corin UK.
A significant part of the role will involve leading the delivery of the UK induction programme, acting as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people matters, and supporting managers with practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.

As HR Advisor, you will
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the UK induction programme, ensuring all new employees receive a consistent, engaging and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and UK employment legislation.
- Support and coach managers to effectively manage routine people matters and develop their confidence in people management.
- Manage first-line employee relations casework, including absence management, probation reviews, disciplinary and performance matters, escalating more complex cases where appropriate.
- Support employee relations investigations, formal meetings and hearings, ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained.
- Work closely with the HR Coordinator and Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to deliver a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support the design and delivery of leadership and management development initiatives to build management capability across the business.
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers regarding management referrals and long-term absence cases.
- Support managers with probation and performance review processes to help embed a high-performance culture.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics including absence, probation and employee relations activity, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous HR generalist experience gained within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing routine employee relations matters.
- Experience advising and coaching managers on people management issues.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong Microsoft Office and HR systems skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a calm and approachable manner.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or actively working towards it.
- Experience delivering HR projects and supporting people initiatives.
- Experience facilitating inductions, presentations and training sessions.
- Experience supporting absence management, performance management, disciplinary, grievance and probation processes.
