Corin is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to lead worldwide upstream marketing activities across our portfolio, while supporting downstream execution in collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams. This is a highly visible global role, owning products from early concept through NPI and global commercialization, working closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and international surgeon Key Opinion Leaders.

As Global Product Manager, you will influence and execute the direction, development, and successful commercialization of our products and technologies. You will balance clinical insight, market intelligence, and commercial acumen to drive portfolio growth and innovation on a global scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Support global upstream marketing strategy for the product portfolio.
  • Plan, organise, and control products from concept through NPI to commercialization.
  • Support regional and local teams with product launches, surgeon engagement, and training.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral for sales, clinical, technical, and conference activities.
  • Participate in Project Approval and New Product processes, providing marketing and commercial input.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and VOC analysis to inform pipeline and product development.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Support product development initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the portfolio during customer visits, meetings, and international conferences.
  • Support local and international sales and clinical teams in the field.

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management/marketing within healthcare/medical devices.
  • Orthopaedic experience preferred.
  • Comfortable in theatre environments.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and results focused.
  • Able to work autonomously across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Professional, credible, and able to represent Corin at the highest level.

Travel: Local and international travel is required for surgeon engagement, conferences, and market activities.
