Corin Group is a global orthopaedics innovation business, head‑quartered in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. With over 400 employees, we focus on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure high‑quality knee and hip implants are produced and shipped worldwide. We are expanding our Manufacturing team to meet worldwide demand and are seeking Packaging Associates to work in our newly extended, state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom. The cleanroom is a highly controlled, sterile environment. You will wear full PPE (overalls, hair covering, mask, gloves, and shoe protection) and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

Shift Pattern: Weekday nights - £24,900.00 base pay + 33% shift allowance - total salary: £33,117.00

Monday to Thursday: 22:00 – 05:45
Friday: 16:00 – 20:50

We also offer a quarterly bonus.

As a Cleanroom and Packaging Associate you will:

  • Print labels and process all products through the packing area.
  • Carry out quality checks on all clean‑room assembled products.
  • Ensure correct labelling on all packaged products.
  • Carry out visual inspection of coated products.
  • Operate the Amsonic passivation line automatically and manually.
  • Prepare shipments to send to Coating and Subcon polishing.

The ideal Cleanroom and Packaging Associate will have:
