Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we're looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key improvement projects across our supply chain function.

This role does offer a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.

The key responsibilities of the Supply Chain Project Coordinator include (but are not limited to);

  • Help define project goals and ensure they are realistic and achievable
  • Support and coordinate supply chain improvement projects from start to finish
  • Create and maintain project plans, tracking progress against agreed timelines
  • Work with teams across the business to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Keep managers and stakeholders updated on project progress and highlight any risks or issues
  • Create process maps, flow charts and other documentation to support projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for project information and communication
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, stock requirements and inventory needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and help implement solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the Supply Chain team
Skills and experience;
  • An awareness of project management techniques (Scoping, generating schedules, Risk and Opportunities etc)
  • Studying or looking to complete a project management course
  • Able to prioritise effectively and meet demanding deadlines
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as a strong collaborative team approach
  • Accountable with the ability to influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Confident to lead some projects with support of the Supply Chain Programme Manager
Experience within the medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
