Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for the opportunity to work with a global organisation? Then we could have the perfect opportunity! Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking to expand our internal recruitment team, and hire a Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in recruiting within RAQA/Clinical Affairs.

You will collaborate with the hiring managers to understand the resourcing requirements and then execute a recruitment plan to meet these demands whilst ensuring that candidate experience is maintained throughout the entire process. You will be required to develop effective talent pools and manage suitable candidates through from application to offer as required whilst partnering with the hiring managers to advise on market trends, recruitment challenges and skillset availability. This role does offer a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver a streamlined and high-quality process for all current vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the role responsibilities and person specification to be able to write attractive job adverts to be posted on all available platforms.
  • Candidate Attraction and Sourcing – effectively source suitable candidates for vacant positions and ensure that the roles are posted on relevant platforms to attract active candidates within the market.
  • Screen candidates to assess their suitability and provide high-quality shortlists to hiring managers for review.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to schedule interviews or assessment days in a timely manner.
  • Obtain feedback from both parties following the interviews and ensure that it is accurately communicated to give a positive candidate experience.
  • For successful candidates, you will also support them through the offer process, before passing over to the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to prepare for onboarding activities.
  • Maintain strong communication of recruitment activity and challenges with the Recruitment Business Partner to support conversations with the Senior Leadership Team for resource planning purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Business Partner on any activities relating to “Employer Brand” such as supporting local initiatives within the community, and events within schools or colleges, promoting across social media channels etc.
  • Accurately maintain data within ATS (Dayforce) relating to recruitment activity.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Specialist within a Recruitment Agency or within an internal talent acquisition team, managing the end-to-end process with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Previous experience of hiring within RAQA/ Clinical Affairs and ideally on a global scale.
  • An ethical, consultative and transparent recruitment approach where recruitment best practice is always followed.
  • Worked on multiple vacancies at one time within a changing and growing business.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
  • The ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders, and a team player.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A problem-solver with a solution-based and proactive approach.
  • A strong work ethic, and be flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
  • Experience with databases and accurate updating of them.
  • A strong knowledge and experience with office-based systems including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
