Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for the opportunity to work with a global organisation? We are expanding our internal recruitment team and hiring a Recruitment Specialist on a full‑time permanent basis. This role will predominantly support volume hiring campaigns across manufacturing and warehouse and logistics, and may support other areas depending on business needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and execute a recruitment plan while maintaining candidate experience throughout the process. The role is heavily candidate‑focused, developing effective talent pools and guiding candidates from application to offer as required.

This role offers a hybrid working model (after training and probation): 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver a streamlined and high‑quality process for all current vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role responsibilities and person specifications to write attractive job adverts for all available platforms.
  • Candidate attraction and sourcing – effectively source suitable candidates for vacant positions and post roles on relevant platforms to attract active candidates.
  • Screen candidates to assess suitability and provide high‑quality shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to schedule interviews or assessment days in a timely manner.
  • Obtain feedback from both parties after interviews and ensure it is accurately communicated to support a positive candidate experience; for successful candidates, support them through the offer process and hand over to the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to prepare for onboarding.
  • Maintain communication of recruitment activity and challenges with the Recruitment Business Partner to support resource planning conversations with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Business Partner on employer branding activities and local initiatives within the community, including schools or colleges and social media promotion.
  • Accurately maintain data within the ATS (Dayforce) relating to recruitment activity.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Specialist within a Recruitment Agency or internal talent acquisition team managing end-to-end processes with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Experience managing high‑volume recruitment processes (ideally within manufacturing).
  • Ethical, consultative and transparent recruitment approach with best practice followed.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a changing and growing business.
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate with employees and stakeholders and be a team player.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, solution-based approach.
  • Strong work ethic, flexible, adaptable and reliable.
  • Experience with databases and accurate data updating.
  • Strong knowledge of office-based systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
