Are you looking to kickstart a career within HR and Recruitment? Then we could have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented administrator to join our Global HR team as a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator.

Due to the growth of our global organisation, we are expanding our Recruitment team to meet the business's demands and offer candidates a high-quality recruitment and onboarding process where they are valued and communicated with at all stages of the process, from application to first day.

The key responsibilities of the Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting talent attraction by posting job adverts on the available platforms – including job boards, Corin careers site, social media etc.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews (both teams and face-to-face) and ensure that confirmation of details are sent via email.
  • Managing the internal ATS system for postings and candidate management where required.
  • Preparing employment letters, contracts and new starter packs for successful candidates and managing the process closely to ensure that they are signed and returned within set timescales.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (such as HR, Quality, etc.) to coordinate a positive onboarding experience for every candidate. For example, scheduling the HR induction, mandatory trainings, etc.
  • Coordinate any pre-employment checks, such as references, DBS, VISA.
  • Organise PPE, uniform and equipment for the new starters first day.
  • Managing and supporting the maintenance of the internal ETMS system – including checking that job descriptions are linked to the correct training schedule.
  • Organise and perform one week and four week ‘check in’ meetings with new starters.
  • Any additional support that is required by the recruitment team, such as coordination of work experience, external events, assessment days, etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • HR or Recruitment experience would be preferred, but we are happy to support the training and development for the right person.
  • Highly customer-focused approach, with demonstrable problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
  • The ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders, and a team player.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A problem-solver with a solution-based approach.
  • A strong work ethic, and be flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
  • Experience with databases and accurate updating of them.
  • A strong knowledge and experience with office-based systems including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
