Across 7 units in Love Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants that are then shipped around the world to provide patients the best possible outcomes. With over 400 employees, we are focused on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure that we are producing a high-quality product at all times.
Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Manufacturing team to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for Manufacturing Associates to join the team!
Experience in a similar environment is welcome but not essential. We are open to candidates from any background and are primarily looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:
- Set, operate, inspect, load, check and deburr orthopaedic implants using various tools and CNC machines.
- Operate and support processes including assembly, laser marking, shot-blasting, the rumble, in-process cleaning and intermediate cleaning operations.
- Work as part of the Manufacturing shift team, collaborating closely with Quality and Engineering.
- Liaise with alternate shifts during handovers to ensure smooth machine operation and optimised production flow.
Shift Pattern:
Double Days – a two-week rotation consisting of one week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts - £24,900.00 base pay + 20% shift allowance - total salary: £29,880.00
Earlies - 5.30am - 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 5.30am - 11am on Friday
Lates - 13:45pm - 22.15pm Monday to Thursday, 10:45am - 16:15pm on Friday
We also offer a quarterly bonus! If you are open to weekend work, we expect weekend shifts to be introduced later in 2026 - please apply if you are interested.
