Are you an organised, detail-oriented administrator with a passion for people and HR? We're looking for an enthusiastic

HR Administrator to join our Global HR Team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience.

As HR Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support across the HR function, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working closely with colleagues across HR, you will support administrative activities, recruitment and onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and HR projects.

  • What You\'ll Be Doing
  • HR Administration
  • Preparing HR documentation, employee letters and communications accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Processing employee changes and maintaining accurate employee records within our HR system (Dayforce).
  • Supporting occupational health administration, eye care schemes, driving licence checks and other employee-related requirements.
  • Creating, maintaining and archiving employee files in line with GDPR and company requirements.
  • Responding to routine HR queries and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
  • Providing general administrative support across the HR team.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Supporting recruitment administration - Preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate new starter and leaver records within Dayforce.
  • Coordinating onboarding, induction and mandatory training activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Supporting work experience placements and administration for the T-Level programme.
  • Employee Engagement & Recognition
  • Providing administrative support for employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
  • Assisting with employee events, surveys and internal communications.
  • Coordinating learning and development administration, including training bookings, attendance records and communications.
  • Supporting workshops, training sessions and employee events.
  • Contributing to wider engagement and recognition projects across the business.
  • What We\'re Looking For

We\'re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

  • Previous HR, recruitment or strong administrative experience.
  • Working towards or interested in studying for a

CIPD Level 3 qualification .

  • Excellent time management skills with a strong "completer-finisher" mindset.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and experience handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
