Role Description: The Events and Customer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, responsible for planning and delivering customer-focused marketing activities and events. Day-to-day, this role involves organising exhibitions, conferences, and customer events that promote Corgin's solutions, as well as coordinating logistics, collateral, and follow-up communications. The specialist will support customer marketing campaigns by collaborating on targeted content, managing event-related communications, and working with sales to generate and nurture leads. This position includes regular interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience before, during, and after events. The role also requires tracking event performance, gathering customer feedback, and providing insights to improve future campaigns and overall customer engagement.
