We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design and development of the systems that power our insurance companies and internal operations. You will own large technical initiatives across underwriting, claims, finance, compliance, and internal tooling. You'll work directly with leadership, product, and operations teams to build software that eliminates manual work and enables the company to scale. This role is for someone who wants significant ownership, enjoys solving complex problems, and can independently drive projects from concept to production.
This role is based in our London office.
- Design, build, and maintain critical internal and customer-facing software systems.
- Own major projects from architecture through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Work across the stack to rapidly ship products and features.
- Improve system reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team.
