We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and highly practical Product & Growth Manager to help drive the growth of our products, services and solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive, technical specialists and commercial colleagues to help shape, promote and grow a portfolio of specialist B2B services, including auditing and assurance, training and qualifications, accreditation, DSEAR services, software solutions and wider technical consultancy.
We are looking for someone who can bring energy, focus and momentum.
This is not a corporate brand management role, nor is it a purely strategic position.
You will be expected to understand what we offer, identify where the opportunities are, shape clear customer propositions and then deliver the marketing activity needed to generate interest, enquiries and commercial growth.
You will manage the positioning and presentation of our core products and services, translate technical expertise into clear customer benefits, develop practical go-to-market plans and deliver campaigns across email, web, Linked In, content and sales collateral.
You will also write and improve product pages, landing pages, case studies, articles, email sequences and sales materials.
The role will suit someone with experience in B2B product marketing, commercial growth, demand generation or proposition development.
You may have worked in professional services, consultancy, technical services, software, training, compliance or another service-led environment where marketing has a clear link to commercial performance.
You will need to be confident writing clear, persuasive copy, working with technical experts, using data to improve results and spotting where customer need, regulation or market change creates an opportunity.
Just as importantly, you will need to be practical, organised and willing to get things done.
In return, you will join a purpose-led, employee-owned business with a strong reputation in safety and compliance.
We offer flexible working, a supportive culture, health benefits, personal development opportunities, regular team events, competitive holiday allowances and the opportunity to share in our success through our Employee Ownership Trust.
