Corgi Insurance is hiring an Operations Generalist in London. Direct support to the VP of Ops driving UK and EU expansion.
About Corgi: AI-powered insurance company built for tech startups. $108M raised. Regulatory approval as a licensed carrier. Now scaling our London office and standing up new entities across EU and UK.
The role: Direct work with our VP of Ops (Sergio) and senior team Josh and Isaac. Mandate is broad — ad-hoc generalist execution across the startup line, the new entities, and everything that needs to get done to scale a London office and an EU expansion fast.
Day to day: Organisation and admin (heavy lift on EU expansion ops). Ad-hoc generalist execution. Closing your own loops — default is figure-it-out-yourself. Whatever the office and expansion needs, you do.
What we want: Low ego. Hungry. Comfortable being thrown at varied work without a playbook. Trustworthy. Public-first communicator.
How we work: Decisions today beat perfect answers next week. Intensity goes up during pushes. Bring solutions with problems. This is not a coast seat.
