We just raised $108M Series A at a $630M valuation, and we're opening our first London office. You'll work directly with our US team, sell into US-based startups, and learn a playbook that's already winning. From there, you choose your path: Account Executive or Sales Leader. There is no other opportunity like this in London right now. If you want a real startup experience, not a 500-person company with a ping pong table, this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Cold call, email, and run LinkedIn outreach to US startups
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Work US hours from our London office (2-10PM)
  • Learn and execute a proven sales playbook
  • Hit weekly targets consistently

Where This Goes

You choose your path:

  • Path 1: Account Executive
Prove you can prospect. Learn the full sales cycle. Close your own deals. We promote from within; top BDRs become AEs quickly.
  • Path 2: Leadership
Build the London team. Hire and train BDRs. Run the European operation. We need someone to own it; it could be you.

We move fast because the opportunity is now.

What We're Looking For

  • You've sold before — BDR, SDR, telesales, door-to-door, etc.
  • You know rejection and don't flinch
  • You're competitive and keep score
  • You can operate independently after training
  • You want to build from zero — not join something comfortable
  • Based in London

Who This Isn't For

  • People who want a title before doing the work
  • Anyone looking for a predictable 9–5
  • People who need constant hand-holding
  • Anyone who thinks 'startup' means free lunches and no accountability

Why This Is Different

  • $108M Series A. $630M valuation. Funded and scaling
  • You're part of the founding London team — huge opportunity
  • Direct access to founders and US leadership
  • Promotion based on performance, not tenure
  • No corporate politics — just results

How to prepare for a job interview at Corgi Insurance

Know Your Sales Playbook

Before the interview, make sure you understand the sales playbook that the company is using. Familiarise yourself with their approach to cold calling and outreach. This will not only show your enthusiasm but also help you discuss how you can apply it in your role.

Showcase Your Resilience

Since this role involves dealing with rejection, be prepared to share examples of how you've handled setbacks in the past. Highlight your competitive nature and how you keep score of your successes. This will demonstrate that you’re the right fit for a fast-paced startup environment.

Ask Insightful Questions

Prepare thoughtful questions about the company's growth plans and the expectations for the BDR role. This shows that you're genuinely interested in contributing to the team and helps you gauge if the startup culture aligns with your values.

Emphasise Your Independence

Make it clear that you can operate independently after training. Share experiences where you took initiative or built something from scratch. This will resonate well with the company's need for someone who can thrive in a less structured environment.
