There is no other opportunity like this in London right now. If you want a real startup experience, not a 500-person company with a ping pong table, this is it.
What You’ll Do
- Cold call, email, and run LinkedIn outreach to US startups
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Work US hours from our London office (2-10PM)
- Learn and execute a proven sales playbook

Where This Goes
You choose your path:
- Path 1: Account Executive - Prove you can prospect. Learn the full sales cycle. Close your own deals. We promote from within; top BDRs become AEs quickly.
- Path 2: Leadership - Build the London team. Hire and train BDRs. Run the European operation. We need someone to own it; it could be you. We move fast because the opportunity is now.
What We’re Looking For

- You know rejection and don’t flinch
- You’re competitive and keep score
- You can operate independently after training
- You want to build from zero — not join something comfortable
- Based in London

How to prepare for a job interview at Corgi Insurance
✨Know Your Numbers
Before the interview, brush up on your sales metrics and achievements. Be ready to discuss specific numbers that showcase your success in previous roles, like conversion rates or targets met. This will demonstrate your ability to deliver results, which is crucial for a BDR.
✨Understand the Playbook
Familiarise yourself with common sales playbooks and strategies, especially those used in the startup environment. Being able to discuss how you would apply these methods to US-based startups will show that you're proactive and ready to hit the ground running.

Since this role involves cold calling and outreach, be prepared to talk about how you handle rejection. Share personal anecdotes that highlight your resilience and competitive spirit. This will resonate well with the hiring manager, as they’re looking for someone who can thrive in a challenging environment.
✨Show Your Independence
The role requires someone who can operate independently after training. During the interview, emphasise your self-motivation and examples of times you've taken initiative. This will reassure them that you can manage your own workload and contribute to building the London team.
