At Corgi, we're building the first fully automated insurance carrier. Our goal is to rebuild the $1T+ insurance industry from the ground up using AI. We're not just building a company; we're building infrastructure for the next hundred years. If you’ve built things from scratch and know what it means to move fast and own outcomes, we want you on the team. We’re well-funded and backed by top investors, providing the resources you wish you had when building your own business. We don’t care about traditional roles or titles - just that you’re smart, proactive, and bring the same founder-level ownership and drive to help us build something massive.

About the role: This isn’t your typical Business Development role. Most graduates spend years trying to get in front of CEOs. Here, that’s Monday morning. The people you’ll speak to don’t need to take your call. Your job is giving them a reason to. You’ll spend your time speaking with founders, owners and senior executives across financial services, building relationships and creating conversations that most people at your stage of their career simply wouldn’t have access to. Some conversations last five minutes. Some become something much bigger. Every conversation matters. The best people in this role don’t just create meetings. They create opportunities. We can teach the process. We can’t teach curiosity, resilience or the ability to earn someone’s attention.

What we’re looking for: If you’re looking for a comfortable graduate job, this isn’t it. We’re hiring hard workers and fast learners. We are in-person only and full-time. The work is challenging, and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile. New hires and people pursuing the account executive route are required to be in office 6 days a week. If you want responsibility early, exposure to senior decision-makers from day one, and the chance to accelerate your career alongside one of the fastest-growing companies in financial services, we’d like to meet you. Closer to leadership. The path is yours to choose and quick. We want people obsessed with progression. We need results, and fast. You’ll build relationships with executives most people won’t meet for years. Ownership over your pipeline and progression from day one.

Requirements and hours: Must have the right to work in the UK, we can’t sponsor visas. Must be able to be in office 6 days a week in London. Working hours are US-based, 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday, 11am-2pm Saturday (training). We are currently operating in the US market, but this may change to UK hours by the end of 2026 with our Europe expansion.

Help build what we know will become a $100B+ company.

Compensation: Base: £40-50k OTE: £10-15k+ Hit your numbers, move up fast (AE, AM, Ops, or Leadership in 2-6 months).

Interview Process: 1 phone call, 1 simulated work trial, offer. We move fast, no drawn-out processes and no waiting games.
