Responsibilities
- Collaboratively work within a studio environment in our Data Center Market Sector - to deliver the full life cycle of a project from early concept to project completion.
- Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients.
- Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings.
- Assist with construction administration responsibilities both on site and in the office.
- Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions.
- Coordinate with a variety of consultants.
Qualifications
- Professional, RIBA accredited degree in Architecture (Part I).
- Proactive, positive approach to problem solving.
- Internship experience is desired.
- Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs.
- Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team.
- Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.
