Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively work within a studio environment in our Data Center Market Sector - to deliver the full life cycle of a project from early concept to project completion.
  • Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients.
  • Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings.
  • Assist with construction administration responsibilities both on site and in the office.
  • Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions.
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants.

Qualifications

  • Professional, RIBA accredited degree in Architecture (Part I).
  • Proactive, positive approach to problem solving.
  • Internship experience is desired.
  • Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team.
  • Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.
